Overview of Our Machines.

Haas CL1 chucker lathe

This 5hp, 2019 version has a 6k rpm spindle, 5C collet nose, 1” thru bar capacity, 8 station turret, an optional live 90 degree side tooling and a bar pusher.

Haas VF2SS

This 30hp 2005 vertical milling machine has a super-fast 12k spindle, wired 4th axis, 24+1 tool capacity, and an auxiliary coolant filter system. It also has a Chick production work holding system-7 double station 4” quick change vises with 30”x 20”x 20” travels (xyz).

Haas Super Mini Mill 2

This 15hp, 2012 mini mill has a 10k rpm spindle, wired 4th axis, 10 tool capacity, with 20”x 16”x 14” travels (xyz).

Haas HL2 Slant bed lathe

The oldest of our machines, the 1998 HL2 still produces quality products with it's 3k spindle, S20 dead length collet nose, 2” thru bar capacity, 8” 3 jaw chuck and 10 station turret. It also comes with an optional live 90 degree side tooling capability.

Haas VF6SS

This 2015 version, has a 12k spindle, wireless probing and a wired 4th axis. There is also an optional 40+1 tool capacity, auxiliary coolant filter system with 64”x 32”x 30” travels (xyz).

Haas VF3SS

This 2008 machine has a 12k spindle, wireless probing, with a wired 4th axis and 24+1 tool capacity. It also has an auxiliary coolant filter system, and 40”x 20”x 25” travels (xyz).
