CEO

Our CEO is Andrew Patrick, who joined the firm in 2020. He started out as a Master Craftsman Apprentice at Rolls Royce in England and has deep manufacturing knowledge. He's renowned for building strong organizational cultures.

A traditionalist when it comes to standards of reliability and integrity, he ensures a responsive customer service. He also believes that every employee should come to work wanting to do a good job and that it's his responsibility to provide the environment to enable this.
